amazing swim-up room!
sunny room fresh sheets stocked fridge
i totally enjoyed the swim-up room! it had sun during prime hours! i got fresh sheets and towels every day. the mini fridge was always restocked with soft drinks and beer!
some waiting staff in the piano bar didn't know all the drink names. it was a tiny detail though!

the resort features five restaurants with diverse cuisine options! food is varied, of great quality and plentiful. i particularly appreciated the option to use the a la carte restaurants too!

the staff is amazing! all of the staff, including management, were very good. you only have to ask for assistance and they are on it!

there are multiple pools available for all age groups! a mini-mart is located on site with reasonable prices. the spa offers premium greek products with a wide range of treatments. water fountains are conveniently available throughout the resort!

excellent all-inclusive experience
family room clean room restocked minibar water park
I stayed in a family room sliding door pool view. the room was quite spacious and super clean. the minibar was restocked daily with beers, pepsi, and bottled water. the water park is suitable for all ages. My children loved it. there are many activities available, including cinema, archery, and pool games.
The beach is a pebble beach. It had barely any sunbeds.

The staff provided constant smiles and worked endlessly, always happy to help. i received excellent care and attention from george at the front desk, always going above and beyond to meet any needs. He.

The all-inclusive restaurant had fantastic catering and variety. the à la carte restaurants are amazing. there are fantastic drink choices throughout the hotel. I found something for everyone. i would highly recommend the greek gyros for lunch, and the noodles at the bhodi bar.

Really good Stay, Detailed and Positive
dining options peanut butter brownie really good staff
I found the dining options plentiful. The American restaurant featured an amazing peanut butter brownie. The hotel had abundant space with many places to sit, relax, or drink. The staff were really good, kind, and helpful. They even booked our taxis for arrival and departure.

The hotel provides three main pools including a swim-up bar in the children's area with a gradual slope for easy access, and a quiet zone pool for adults at a depth of 1 meters. A separate pool with a water park is beside the sports bar.

The resort is located approximately 61 kilometers from Rhodes airport. Travel time to the hotel was around one hour and 20 minutes, depending on traffic. The hotel provided us with a balcony overlooking the pool and beach.
Service

The reception staff provided a helpful overview of the hotel facilities. The room included a fridge stocked daily with soft drinks and beer. Cleaners worked hard to maintain the rooms and premises. Premium toiletries were included such as shampoo and conditioner.
